Welcome to Tapi Company. By accessing or using our website (shop-tapi.com) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, and that you are able to enter into a binding contract.

Products
Our mats are handmade to order. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions may occur and are a normal characteristic of handmade products. We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible.

Custom and Personalized Orders
For custom and personalized orders, you are responsible for providing accurate design files and text. We send a mockup for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a mockup and production starts, the order cannot be returned or refunded, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders and Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Intellectual Property
By submitting a logo, design, or text for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. All content on this website, including our designs, images, and branding, is the property of Tapi Company and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for ordinary household and commercial use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapi Company is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
