At Tapi Company, every mat is handmade to order, and many are custom or personalized. Because of this, our return policy is structured around the type of item you purchase.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom and personalized mats (including any mat with a logo, text, or custom design) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
To make sure you're happy with your design, we send a mockup for your approval before production begins. This step is in place to prevent design-related issues before your mat is made.
If you have a concern with a completed custom order, please reach out — we will always work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include helping resolve the issue or remaking the order at cost.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom (stock) items may be returned if they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Items Damaged in Transit
All of our shipments include transit protection. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at info@shop-tapi.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement right away.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
