Processing Time
Every Tapi mat is handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Custom and personalized orders begin production after your mockup is approved.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide.

Estimated Transit Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Within Canada: 2–4 business days
- Within the United States: 3–5 business days
- All other countries: 7+ business days depending on location.

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery depends on the carrier and your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties prepaid. U.S. customers are not responsible for any import duties on their order.

For all other international destinations, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
